Action Toys TLC Packing: All Orders Are Carefully Packed In Sturdy Cardboard Boxes With Packing Materials And Sealed With Reinforced Tape.
Shipping Charges: Due to the large variety of unique products we offer our site is not able to calculate shipping to all locations. Our Flat Rate of $10.99 covers most US orders. Our $10.99 Flat-Rate Shipping only applies to orders shipping within the Continental United States, and only on a maximum 12″ x 12″ (1 Cubic Foot) shipping box.

Insurance: Packages include $50.00 in free insurance. If you would like to insure your package for a higher amount please contact us for additional rates. If you require UPS or expedited shipping please call (631)563-9113 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping outside the US: we offer USPS air mail shipping with tracking outside of the United States. If you place an order we will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is charged. If you prefer you can email us with the toys you wish to purchase and we will provide a shipping quote before you place your order.
1. Action Toys wants you to be happy with your purchase! Returns will be accepted within 10 days of the package arrival. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any item for a Return Authorization Number. No Returns will be accepted without this number.
2. The item must be returned to us in the exact same condition that it was shipped out in. Any Mint In Package or Sealed Items must be returned unopened.
3. If it is our error we will gladly pay the return shipping. If not, the Buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping. Only the Merchandise amount will be refunded. The original shipping to the buyer will not be refunded unless it is our error.
4. Damaged Shipments: If an item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please retain the shipping box and packing materials as these will be required by the carrier (USPS Or UPS) to file a claim if the package was insured.
We’re now using Paypal to take payments on this site. If you don’t have a Paypal account, don’t worry! You can still pay using a credit or debit card by checking the ‘pay as guest’ option.
